We recognize there are a variety of reasons to hire a move manager. That’s why the Meehan Group offers scalable service models to meet each company’s (and each project’s) requirements. Our service engagements fall into two general categories: Outsourced MAC Management and Special Projects.
Outsourced MAC Management
Outsourced Move/Add/Change (MAC) Management offers real benefits for companies with a high volume of staff moves. The Meehan team partners with the client to implement a uniform process for all requests, from daily churn to large projects, locally or nationally.
Dedicated Meehan staff work side by side with CRE team members to ensure seamless service from planning to post-move. We integrate our best practices into each client’s processes and policies, and continually look for opportunities to streamline procedures and reduce expenses. By unifying all operations, we improve tracking and reporting, all at a lower cost.
The Meehan Group has been providing fully Outsourced MAC Management support throughout North America for decades. Our employees are embedded in exclusive move management roles within some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including UBS, Citi, JPMorgan Chase, and Goldman Sachs.
Special Projects
Our Special Projects model provides comprehensive support for single or multi-phased projects, whether it’s a relatively small move or a major relocation. From project assessment to post-move, the Meehan team is on the job, providing professional, cost-effective support.
We approach each project methodically, drawing from years of relocation management experience. However, we also recognize that different clients have different priorities, for example, meeting tight deadlines at lease expiration, or reducing staff contents to fit a smaller footprint, or helping employees adapt to open floor plans. In every case, we strive to deliver the best possible outcome at the most reasonable price point.
In recent years, the Meehan Group has been instrumental in completing high-profile headquarters projects in Manhattan, as well as campus relocations and restacks at sites across the country.
At Hudson Yards, we moved Coach and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) into their new headquarters sites. We also relocated Condé Nast to One World Trade Center, and managed MetLife’s headquarters project at 200 Park Avenue. Outside of the NY Metro Area, we have run major projects for Southwestern Energy, Toyota, and Hertz, among others.
Along with these very large companies, we are working with new and fast-growing companies like Bleacher Report and Zillow.
